The CHLORINSITU IIa is supplied as a turnkey system that is configured to your requirements. Encased in a corrosion-proof housing, the compact electrolysis system requires no more space than a refrigerator. Thanks to its plug & play concept, it is also ready for use immediately.

The CHLORINSITU IIa has been designed without compromise to offer exemplary ease of use and keep maintenance costs down. The multicolor touchscreen panel with intuitive operator control concept enables convenient control of the system. An innovative remote maintenance module also guarantees reliable remote system operation.

With components that  are optimally matched to one another as well as integrated ventilation and air extraction for removing hydrogen, the CHLORINSITU IIa offers  a high degree of system safety – even without installing an external room ventilation system.

Simply more efficient

The CHLORINSITU IIa electrolysis cell for production of Hypochlorite solution with low chlorate content. Its innovative, newly opencell design delivers a particularly high yield of chlorine, while producing fewer undesirable by-products. The reduction in salt and power output also improves the efficiency of the system.

CHLORINSITU IIa is a open cell on-site electrolysis plant for the production of a low chlorate hypochlorite solution from common salt and electrical energy. A special advantage is the simple process control and high plant safety due to integrated ventilation. For plants up to 300 g/h, the softener and a 50 l product container are installed in the plant housing. An integrated dosing pump transports the chlorine from the tank directly to the application or to a larger storage tank.

The CHLORINSITU IIa series combines the proven and robust design of the undivided electrolysis cell with innovative design. An excellent quality of the hypochlorite solution is achieved by increasing the salt and current yield. The chlorate content of the product is significantly below the limit value specified in EN 901.

With an increased capacity of up to 2,500 g chlorine per hour, the electrolysis system is perfectly equipped for any safe water disinfection.

All relevant system components are located in a space-saving housing. The integrated hydrogen removal allows installation without additional ventilation requirements at the installation site.
